What to do?

Let's say that you and your spouse have not been without kids for years. Let's ay that Grandma comes and takes all of your kids for two weeks. What do you do?

That's what happened to us on Saturday. Grandma came and took all of our kids to another state, where she lives.

Do we go out and party?

Do we have a romantic dinner?

Do we make passionate love for hours on end?


No we sleep........

I have not slept so much in I don't know how long. What's worse, is that I couldn't keep my eyes open past 9:00 pm. I'm not O-L-D, I'm in my mid-thirties dammit! I couldn't even sleep in, My eyes were wide open by six every morning.

But, I guess it proves my theory that children are little energy vampires. Think about it, kids have endless energy, where do they get it? From you, they suck it right out. They don't do it on purpose, it's just the way of the world.

I love my kids.......but I don't miss them yet.
